Makes 3 servings (2 cups).

Ingredients

  • 1 14oz can chickpeas (or 1/2 cup dried, fully cooked)
  • 1 Tbsp nut/seed butter
  • 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Put the hummus ingredients in a blender or food processor, with enough water to puree until smooth.
