I’m so excited to work together in the kitchen! I’m going to show you how to have fun making delicious and healthy meals, with some nutrition info thrown in as we go so that you can get excited about eating healthy food and feel confident in the kitchen.
Everything is accessible from the menu on the right (or below if you’re on mobile). There’s an introductory module with cooking techniques as a PDF and on video, then the full modules with recipes.
In each module, you’ll have 3 class videos to watch, and try the recipes, then a fun assignment with a photo submission.
The full classes are 45-60 minutes in duration, plus some shorter videos for key techniques and more recipes.
Timing & Emails
The course is open to you right now, you can dive in right away if you want. Or you can go through it slowly. Feel free to go at your own pace.
You’ll get emails from me every Thursday with your class for that week, so that you can watch over the weekend or whenever suits you best.
There’s a lot of information and videos, but you don’t need to feel rushed to get through it all, because you’ll have access to the site after the course is finished.
There aren’t any marks, although I’m happy to give feedback if you ask me or post a photo for an assignment. So just start when and where you can, and enjoy!
Getting Support & Asking Questions
There are a few ways to get in touch with me and other members of the program if you have questions, or want or need support.
- Forum. Search questions that have already been asked, and add your own.
- Email. Send me a note at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you put “Member Question” in the subject line, I’ll be sure to get to yours as my top priority.
- Comments. There’s a place under each page where you can leave me a comment, and I will answer any questions you have specific to that post.
