  2. These plans are so well thought out. I personally appreciate the section on supplements and specific recommendations. There are so many products out there it’s hard to know which to choose. Heather’s enthusiasm and knowledge are inspiring. She’s personally involved and anytime I’ve had a question she’s responded with support and suggestions. And I definitely want to mention the recipes are quite tasty. Her instructional videos are so helpful.
