Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3/4 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Instructions

  • Steam or water saute the vegetables until soft.
  • Serve them over a portion of the quinoa & drizzle with balsamic-tahini dressing.
