Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 3/4 cup peas
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup spinach
Instructions
- Steam or water saute the vegetables until soft.
- Serve them over a portion of the quinoa & drizzle with balsamic-tahini dressing.
