Cheesy Sprinkle
This is a salty, savory, and nutritious sprinkle to enjoy as a Parmesan-like dusting over spaghetti, or make it into a crumble for topping a pizza with the addition of a little olive oil. You could also add a splash of lemon juice to get a tangy feta-like taste for a Greek salad.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil, optional
Instructions
- Place the almonds in a small bowl, then add the salt and nutritional yeast. Mix to combine.
- Leave as is for a dry sprinkle, or add just enough olive oil to bring the mixture together into a crumbly texture.
