Assignment
What I want to see this month is how you put your burger together as a meal – whether it’s on a bun, on a salad, made into meatballs and put in a wrap, made into a loaf… There are lots of possibilities, and I give some suggestions with the recipes. How do you make them as yummerific as possible? You can submit one of these recipes, or any other healthy vegan burger of your choice.
Then snap a shot and submit it to the Facebook group! You can also submit any of the burgers you made this month – I’d love to see how you’re doing with them!
