Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 banana
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup water, or other liquid (pineapple juice, coconut water/milk)
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts, or clover, optional
Instructions
- Put everything in a blender, and puree until smooth.
