Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 banana
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup water, or other liquid (pineapple juice, coconut water/milk)
  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts, or clover, optional

Instructions

  • Put everything in a blender, and puree until smooth.
