
Stuffed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
- 2 apple
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp walnuts
- 2 Tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup apple juice
Instructions
- Set the oven to preheat at 350 F.
- Cut the tops off the apples, and take the core out of the center.
- Grind the oats and the walnuts coarsely in a food processor. Toss them with the raisins and spices, then mix in the apple juice.
- Spoon the oat mixture into the empty center of the apples. Place the top, and put the apples on a tray and in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the apple is softened.
