Stuffed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients

  • 2 apple
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup apple juice

Instructions

  • Set the oven to preheat at 350 F.
  • Cut the tops off the apples, and take the core out of the center.
  • Grind the oats and the walnuts coarsely in a food processor. Toss them with the raisins and spices, then mix in the apple juice.
  • Spoon the oat mixture into the empty center of the apples. Place the top, and put the apples on a tray and in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the apple is softened.
