Cut the tops off the apples, and take the core out of the center.
Grind the oats and the walnuts coarsely in a food processor. Toss them with the raisins and spices, then mix in the apple juice.
Spoon the oat mixture into the empty center of the apples. Place the top, and put the apples on a tray and in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the apple is softened.
