Spiced Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup, or brown rice syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon, optional
- pinch ground cardamom, optional
- pinch ground cloves, optional
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, or ground (optional)
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Boil some water.
- Put the cocoa and maple syrup in a mug and stir until it makes a paste. Stir in whatever spices you want to add, and then pour in boiling water. Heat up some non-dairy milk and use a frother if you have to increase its volume, and add to the mug.
