Assignment
Upping our game a little bit in the 2nd module, your assignment this month is to make one of the soups with a creative garnish that goes with the soup – whether it makes the flavors pop, creates contrast in texture or complements the colors.
I love chopped fresh herbs, toasted nuts or seeds, fresh veggies, guacamole, and lots more. I’ve given suggestions with the soups for garnishes to try, but don’t let that limit your creativity!
Then snap a shot and submit it to the Facebook group! You can also submit any of the soups you made this month – I’d love to see what you’re up to!
