Roasted Chickpeas
These are great as a protein-rich snack, or a salad topper to make it more of a meal.
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 15oz can chickpeas
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder, optional
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- pinch black pepper, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Toss the chickpeas with the spices, and lay out on a small baking tray.
- Bake them for 20 minutes, or until lightly crispy. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
