These are great as a protein-rich snack, or a salad topper to make it more of a meal.
Ingredients

chickpeas

smoked paprika

cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Toss the chickpeas with the spices, and lay out on a small baking tray.
Bake them for 20 minutes, or until lightly crispy. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Experiment with other flavors to find your favorite mix.
