Pesto Pizza
Servings: 2 pizzas
Ingredients
- 2 whole grain pita, or wraps
- ½ cup Fresh Basil Pesto
- 1 cup zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp black olives, chopped
- pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Topping
Instructions
- Sprinkle a bit of sea salt onto the vegetables, and rub them a bit with your fingers.
- Spread the pesto on each pita, then layer the veggies on top and put in the oven at 300-350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until the pizzas are heated up to your liking.
