Pesto Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 whole grain pita, or wraps
  • ½ cup Fresh Basil Pesto
  • 1 cup zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp black olives, chopped
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Topping

Instructions

  • Sprinkle a bit of sea salt onto the vegetables, and rub them a bit with your fingers.
  • Spread the pesto on each pita, then layer the veggies on top and put in the oven at 300-350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until the pizzas are heated up to your liking.
