Matcha Green Tea Latte
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tbsp unrefined sugar
Instructions
- Boil some water, and fill a mug halfway.
- Heat up some non-dairy milk and use a frother to increase its volume. Add the matcha green tea powder to the milk, along with the vanilla and sweetener.
- Pour the green tea milk into the mug.
- You could also froth the tea powder into the hot water, and add the vanilla, sweetener, and milk after, but I find the results are better if I froth the tea powder in with the milk.
