Matcha Green Tea Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tbsp unrefined sugar

Instructions

  • Boil some water, and fill a mug halfway.
  • Heat up some non-dairy milk and use a frother to increase its volume. Add the matcha green tea powder to the milk, along with the vanilla and sweetener.
  • Pour the green tea milk into the mug.
  • You could also froth the tea powder into the hot water, and add the vanilla, sweetener, and milk after, but I find the results are better if I froth the tea powder in with the milk.

*OR replace both with 6 drops vanilla stevia
