Hibiscus Iced Tea
When summer heat peaks, iced tea is a great way to make water more fun so you keep hydrated and refreshed, plus some teas add antioxidants to your water.
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp hibiscus tea, or 1 bag
- 1/4 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint
Instructions
- Boil some water, put in a mug with the tea and leave to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Put some ice in a large glass, add the lemon juice and the mint (which you can crush slightly before adding to bring out the flavor more) and a small amount of cold water. Pour the hot tea over the ice, which will melt but chill the tea.
- You can also do this by steeping the tea in cold water for 10 minutes.
