When summer heat peaks, iced tea is a great way to make water more fun so you keep hydrated and refreshed, plus some teas add antioxidants to your water.
- 1 Tbsp hibiscus tea, or 1 bag
- 1/4 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint
Boil some water, put in a mug with the tea and leave to steep for 2-3 minutes.
Put some ice in a large glass, add the lemon juice and the mint (which you can crush slightly before adding to bring out the flavor more) and a small amount of cold water. Pour the hot tea over the ice, which will melt but chill the tea.
You can also do this by steeping the tea in cold water for 10 minutes.
