Fresh Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1/4 lemon, optional
  • 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup, optional
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon, optional

Instructions

  • Boil some water.
  • Grate the fresh ginger, and squeeze the juice into a mug. OR slice the ginger as thinly as possible and put into a mug.
  • Add the syrup, lemon and cinnamon if you want.
  • Pour the hot water over the ginger, and leave to steep for 2-3 minutes.
