Instructions
Boil some water.
Grate the fresh ginger, and squeeze the juice into a mug. OR slice the ginger as thinly as possible and put into a mug.
Add the syrup, lemon and cinnamon if you want.
Pour the hot water over the ginger, and leave to steep for 2-3 minutes.
