This is another of my favorite yoga sessions, from Jackie Casal-Mahrou on Yoga Download. It’s an easy and relaxing session, to get your mind out of the endless stress and thought circles of work, and into a place of contentment and calm. If it works for me, it will work for anyone! And if my sister-in-law will do this session with me, you should have no problems. One of my favorite parts of this session is pranayama – conscious breathing – because I definitely don’t breathe deeply enough through my work day.
