Cocoa Coconut Ball
Servings: 6 balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup coconut, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup dates
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp molasses
Instructions
- Pulse everything together and any add-ins you choose in a food processor, then form into balls. You can roll them in cocoa powder and/ or ground coconut to make them pretty. Then let chill for 10 minutes in the fridge. Store them in an air-tight container, separated by layers of parchment or wax paper, in the fridge until serving.

- Spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom

- Chocolate chips (mini ones are best)
