Cocoa Coconut Ball

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp molasses

Instructions

  • Pulse everything together and any add-ins you choose in a food processor, then form into balls. You can roll them in cocoa powder and/ or ground coconut to make them pretty. Then let chill for 10 minutes in the fridge. Store them in an air-tight container, separated by layers of parchment or wax paper, in the fridge until serving.

Notes

Add Ins:
- Spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom
- puffed rice
- Chocolate chips (mini ones are best)
- Orange or lemon zest
