Apple With Vanilla-Cinnamon Dip
Here’s a healthy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth without sugar.
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp nut/seed butter, (or cashew, coconut, sunflower, etc)
- 2 Tbsp non-dairy milk, (almond, rice, coconut, etc), more or less depending on the consistency you want
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground (optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, (or vanilla-flavored stevia drops)
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg, optional
- pinch allspice, optional
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup, or 5-6 drops stevia (if you use vanilla-flavored you can omit the vanilla extract)
Instructions
- Mix everything together until smooth.
- Dip your apple slices and enjoy!
