Apple With Vanilla-Cinnamon Dip

Here’s a healthy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth without sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp nut/seed butter, (or cashew, coconut, sunflower, etc)
  • 2 Tbsp non-dairy milk, (almond, rice, coconut, etc), more or less depending on the consistency you want
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, (or vanilla-flavored stevia drops)
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg, optional
  • pinch allspice, optional
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup, or 5-6 drops stevia (if you use vanilla-flavored you can omit the vanilla extract)

Instructions

  • Mix everything together until smooth.
  • Dip your apple slices and enjoy!
