Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet potato
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup zucchini
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Steam the sweet potato, onion and zucchini until they’re soft.
- Remove from the heat, and add the seasonings. You can use whatever seasoning you like, so if you prefer another flavor just switch it in. Puree with a food processor, blender or hand blender.
Notes
Top your bowl with the 2 Tbsp of Pumpkin Seed Sprinkle.
