Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet potato
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

  • Steam the sweet potato, onion and zucchini until they’re soft.
  • Remove from the heat, and add the seasonings. You can use whatever seasoning you like, so if you prefer another flavor just switch it in. Puree with a food processor, blender or hand blender.

Notes

Top your bowl with the 2 Tbsp of Pumpkin Seed Sprinkle.
