Sunflower Nori Sprinkle

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 sheet nori, or 1 Tbsp kombu, or other seaweed (optional)
Instructions
- Grind everything in a coffee grinder, or small food processor. Use the topping dry, or stir in just enough lemon juice and/or olive oil to moisten, which is usually 1/4 cup but depends how finely the seeds are ground. Also great on steamed veggies.
