Smoky Black Bean Burgers
Servings: 8 burgers
Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 1/2 cups cooked buckwheat
- 1-2 Tbsp tomato paste, or ketchup
- 1 tsp liquid smoke, optional
- 1 Tbsp green onion
- 1 tsp smoked paprika, or regular
- pinch sea salt, to taste
- pinch black pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Pule all the ingredients together in a food processor, until combined but still chunky.
- Form into burger patties, and put on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
