Smoky Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked buckwheat
  • 1-2 Tbsp tomato paste, or ketchup
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke, optional
  • 1 Tbsp green onion
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika, or regular
  • pinch sea salt, to taste
  • pinch black pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Pule all the ingredients together in a food processor, until combined but still chunky.
  • Form into burger patties, and put on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
