Simple Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup berries, any kind, frozen or fresh
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground, or chia seeds
Instructions
- Purée everything in a blender with 2 cups water until smooth and creamy, about 50 seconds. Add a bit more water if you like a thinner smoothie.
