Salty Rice Cake

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp nut/seed butter, or 1/4 cup bean dip or mashed avocado
- 1 rice cake
- pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup lettuce
Instructions
- Smear some nut/seed butter, bean dip or avocado onto a rice cake. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper if you want, then top it with a piece of lettuce or some sliced veggies.
Notes
In place of lettuce, you can top with spinach, sprouts, sliced cucumber, tomato, zucchini or any other leafy green or fresh veggie
