Salted Lime Edamame

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup edamame beans, or lima beans
  • 1/4 lime, juiced
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Thaw or steam the beans, then serve drizzled with lime juice and sprinkled with sea salt.

Notes

You can easily scoop them into a small container, while still frozen, and pack up with your lunch. They'll thaw out and be ready to enjoy for a mid-afternoon snack!
