Salted Lime Edamame
This is an easy, protein-packed snack to enjoy at home or on-the-go.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup edamame beans, or lima beans
- 1/4 lime, juiced
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Thaw or steam the beans, then serve drizzled with lime juice and sprinkled with sea salt.
Notes
You can easily scoop them into a small container, while still frozen, and pack up with your lunch. They'll thaw out and be ready to enjoy for a mid-afternoon snack!
