Pear Pumpkin Seed Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, dry
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 pear, chopped
Instructions
- Mix the oats, cinnamon and flax together in a bowl. Boil some water, and pour over the oats. Let them soak about 5 min, then top with the fruit. You can also let the oats soak with cold or room temperature water, it just needs longer to soften - half an hour to overnight.
