Pear Pumpkin Seed Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats, dry
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 pear, chopped

Instructions

  • Mix the oats, cinnamon and flax together in a bowl. Boil some water, and pour over the oats. Let them soak about 5 min, then top with the fruit. You can also let the oats soak with cold or room temperature water, it just needs longer to soften - half an hour to overnight.
