Orange Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 orange, peeled and chopped
- 4 Tbsp coconut, unsweetened flakes
Instructions
- Put the sweet potato in a large pot with a small amount of water, and rub in some salt. Bring to a boil, covered, and then turn down to simmer and let the sweet potatoes steam until they're soft.
- Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange pieces. Sprinkle the coconut on top, and serve.
