There’s something inside you, right now, that’s telling you it’s important to eat and live healthfully.
Sometimes it’s really strong, sometimes it’s hard to stick with it when the temptations and the laziness and the crazy-busy-ness get in the way.
So your first step is to think about what motivates you. The more you can keep that top of mind, the stronger you’ll be in the face of the things that could throw you off.
