Key Lime Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lime, zest and juice
- 2 Tbsp dates
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts, optional
Instructions
- Puree everything in a blender until smooth, adding enough water for the consistency you enjoy in your smoothie.
Notes
If you’re a fan of key lime pie, freeze the avocado in advance and make this into ice cream. You can even make a pie crust by processing some dates and walnuts and pressing into a small dish.
