JL Fields' Avo-Cherry Milkshake

This is a thick, rich, satisfying smoothie from JL Fields that's full of antioxidants, electrolytes, healthy fats - and flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, or another soft green
  • 1 banana, or tofu
  • 1/2 avocado, or a whole one!
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Put everything in a blender, with however much water to get the texture you want, and puree until smooth.
