Green Apple Smoothie
Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple, quartered and cored
- 1 tbsp protein powder, any vegan flavor you like
- 2 cup lettuce
- 1 tbsp nut/seed butter, or cashew or coconut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, or ground flax or hemp seeds
- 1 cup zucchini, roughly chopped
- 1 cup water, more or less, to your desired consistency
- 1 cup coconut water, optional
- 1 tsp spirulina, optional
Instructions
- Put everything in a blender and puree until smooth! (This one is best with a high-powered blender)
