Green Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple, quartered and cored
  • 1 tbsp protein powder, any vegan flavor you like
  • 2 cup lettuce
  • 1 tbsp nut/seed butter, or cashew or coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, or ground flax or hemp seeds
  • 1 cup zucchini, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup water, more or less, to your desired consistency
  • 1 cup coconut water, optional
  • 1 tsp spirulina, optional

Instructions

  • Put everything in a blender and puree until smooth! (This one is best with a high-powered blender)
