Greek Quinoa

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup bell pepper
- 1/4 cup cucumber
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
- 1/4 lime
Instructions
- Put the quinoa, veggies and flax in a bowl and toss with the lime juice. This travels really well if you want to take breakfast to go with you, or out for an early morning picnic.
