Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
  • 1/4 lime

Instructions

  • Put the quinoa, veggies and flax in a bowl and toss with the lime juice. This travels really well if you want to take breakfast to go with you, or out for an early morning picnic.
