Great Grape Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Instructions

  • Puree everything in a blender until smooth, adding water as you want or need.

Notes

Note that grape skins sometimes don’t puree well, so feel free to have them on the side instead.
