Great Grape Smoothie
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
- 1/2 cup spinach
Instructions
- Puree everything in a blender until smooth, adding water as you want or need.
Notes
Note that grape skins sometimes don’t puree well, so feel free to have them on the side instead.
