Fruity Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 0.5 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts, or spinach
  • 1 Tbsp protein powder, (optional)

Instructions

  • Put the banana and strawberries in a blender with just enough water to get them going, and puree until they're really smooth.
  • Add the sprouts, along with any protein powder or superfoods you like, and blend again. Be sure to push the sprouts down into the fruit so that they blend into the smoothie.
