Do-It-Yourself Healthy Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup rolled spelt, or more rolled oats
  • 2 cup puffed rice
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in a container or bag and shake. Have it with non-dairy milk, pure fruit juice, applesauce or non-dairy yogurt.
