Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 3/4 cup chickpeas, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup green beans, or snap peas

Instructions

  • Chop the veggies and assemble.
  • If you’re taking this to go, take the lettuce on the side and toss the veggies with dressing to lay on top when you have lunch.
