- 1/2 cup lettuce
- 3/4 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/2 cup green beans, or snap peas
Instructions
- Chop the veggies and assemble.
- If you’re taking this to go, take the lettuce on the side and toss the veggies with dressing to lay on top when you have lunch.
