Chia-Quinoa Protein Bites

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup walnuts, or sunflower seeds
- 4 Tbsp chia seeds, and/or hemp seeds
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 scoop protein powder, optional
- 1/4 cup goji berries, optional
Instructions
- Put everything in a food processor and pulse until it comes together in a sticky mixture.
- Form into balls and lay out on a lined tray or plate, and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
