Chia-Quinoa Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, or sunflower seeds
  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds, and/or hemp seeds
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 scoop protein powder, optional
  • 1/4 cup goji berries, optional

Instructions

  • Put everything in a food processor and pulse until it comes together in a sticky mixture.
  • Form into balls and lay out on a lined tray or plate, and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
