Celery with Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 3-4 stalks celery
  • 2-3 Tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  • Wash and trim the celery. If you don't like the bitterness or stringiness of celery, use a carrot peeler to shave off the back side of the celery.
  • Spread peanut butter down the length of each stalk of celery, filling the hollow.
