Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds, or ground flaxseeds

Instructions

  • Puree or mash the blueberries a bit.
  • You can cook them on the stove by bringing to a boil for a few minutes (don't use a lid, so that some of the water evaporates).
  • Or simply stir in the chia or ground flax seeds, and put in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set.

Notes

If you want this a bit sweeter, add a tablespoon or two of maple syrup.
