A super simple jam to blend up for toast or oatmeal. Make a big batch to have on hand through the week.
Ingredients

cups
blueberries
,
fresh or frozen
1/4
cup
chia seeds
,
or ground flaxseeds
Instructions
Puree or mash the blueberries a bit.
You can cook them on the stove by bringing to a boil for a few minutes (don't use a lid, so that some of the water evaporates).
Or simply stir in the chia or ground flax seeds, and put in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set.
Notes
If you want this a bit sweeter, add a tablespoon or two of maple syrup.
